Your role We are seeking an experienced Site Merchandiser to join our dynamic team, who will be a pivotal figure inside the Optical Pure Players e-comm business team working within Business team in close contact with Calendar Manager and partnering with the ecommerce manager. This role involves overseeing and optimizing the digital merchandising strategies for four distinct banners across multiple platforms. The Optical Site Merchandising Manager will be responsible for driving the success of these banners, ensuring that digital product assortments are optimized, content is engaging, and customer experiences are enhanced. Main responsibilities: Digital Merchandising Strategy: Develop and execute the digital merchandising strategies for four separate banners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, e-commerce, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Product Assortment and performance monitoring: Oversee the digital product assortment for each banner, ensuring products are accurately represented and displayed in a way that maximizes conversions. This includes product launches coordination, strategic analysis, follow up on all roadmap and calendar projects, providing actionable insights to drive improvements. Customer Experience Optimization: Continuously enhance the customer experience by implementing best practices in digital merchandising, improving navigation, searchability, and visual presentation. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital merchandising trends, technologies, and tools to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry Main requirements: At least 5 years of experience in E-commerce/Site Merchandising in similar industry is required Educational Background in Economics or Marketing field Communication Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders at all levels. Analytical skills - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel – Adobe analytics and/or Google Analytics is a plus. Solid experience with tools such as PIM and Algolia (CMS and image update tool is a plus).
