PbRole Overview /b /ppbr/ppThe bPeople Development Total Rewards Manager /b, based at bSomacis HQ in Castelfidardo /b, reports to the bHR Manager /b. /ppbr/ppThis role is responsible for bdesigning and leading the company’s people development strategies, performance management processes, and Total Rewards systems /b, ensuring the growth of skills, competitiveness of compensation, and the promotion of a bculture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement /b. /ppbr/ppThe manager works closely with HR leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams to ensure bstrategic alignment of talent initiatives with business goals /b, fostering an engaging and high-performance workplace. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbr/ppbPeople Development Talent Management /b /ppbr/pulliDesign and implement btraining strategies, individual development plans, and professional growth programs /b. /liliLead bleadership development, high-potential programs, and succession planning /b. /liliPartner with department managers to bmap competencies, identify skill gaps, and define career progression pathways /b. /liliDevelop and maintain the company’s bcompetency framework /b. /li /ulpbr/ppbPerformance Management /b /ppbr/pulliOversee the bfull annual performance cycle /b, from goal setting to final review. /liliImprove bperformance processes, tools, and metrics /b to ensure transparency, meritocracy, and alignment with company objectives. /liliTrain managers on bcontinuous feedback and performance-driven behaviors /b. /li /ulpbr/ppbTotal Rewards Compensation /b /ppbr/pulliDefine and maintain bcompensation policies, job frameworks, salary reviews, and bonus schemes /b. /liliManage bcorporate welfare programs, insurance plans, employee benefits, and non-monetary rewards /b. /liliConduct bcompensation benchmarking and internal equity analyses /b. /liliMonitor bHR costs, compensation budgets, and financial KPIs related to Total Rewards /b. /li /ulpbr/ppbCulture, Engagement HR Analytics /b /ppbr/pulliDevelop initiatives to bstrengthen company culture and enhance employee engagement /b. /liliCollect and analyze bHR metrics /b (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, HR costs) to inform strategic decisions. /liliPromote an binclusive, collaborative, and growth-oriented workplace /b. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /ppbr/pulliDegree in bHuman Resources, Economics, Organizational Psychology /b, or related fields. /lilib5+ years of experience /b in HR roles focused on bpeople development, learning development, and compensation benefits /b. /liliStrong knowledge of bperformance management, learning methodologies, and Total Rewards systems /b. /liliExcellent banalytical and project management skills /b, able to handle complex initiatives. /liliStrong bcommunication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities /b. /liliBusiness-oriented mindset with bstrategic thinking /b and results focus. /liliGood command of bEnglish /b; additional languages are a plus. /lilibProactive, change-oriented, and continuous improvement mindset /b. /li /ulpbr/ppbWork location: /b Somacis HQ, Castelfidardo (AN) /ppbr/ppbReporting line: /b HR Manager /p
