This role is part of the Supply Chain Department and will lead all procurement activities across the organization — excluding the strategic raw material (Green Coffee). The scope of responsibility includes the Headquarters in Italy and all international subsidiaries. /ppWhat will you do as a Procurement Director: /pulliDefine and implement the overall procurement strategy for all goods and services — including CAPEX, packaging, industrial goods, and indirect services — ensuring alignment with corporate objectives to drive profitability, operational efficiency, supplier performance, and supply chain innovation. /liliLead category management and develop strategic sourcing plans across direct and indirect spend, using market trends and data insights. /liliBuild and maintain long-term supplier relationships through structured selection, onboarding, evaluation, and development processes. /liliNegotiate complex contracts and implement risk mitigation strategies to manage supplier dependency, geopolitical exposure, and market volatility. /liliCollaborate with key business units to align procurement plans with product innovation, sustainability targets, and organizational priorities. /liliChampion cost optimization and continuous improvement across the procurement function, while contributing to high-level decision-making. /liliEnsure effective governance of procurement operations through robust processes, performance KPIs, compliance frameworks, and reporting systems. /liliLeverage digital tools and ERP systems to enhance procurement transparency, automate processes, and support data-driven decision-making. /liliLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team, promoting a culture of accountability, strategic thinking, and continuous learning. /liliIntegrate ESG principles into procurement strategies, advancing sustainability goals and fostering innovation in materials and supplier practices. /li /ulpRequirements: /pulli10–15 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain roles, ideally within the Automotive or FMCG industry. /liliProven experience in leading procurement teams and managing strategic projects on a global or multi-country scale. /liliStrong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, and contract negotiation. /liliMaster’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. /liliFluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of other European languages is a plus. /liliProficiency with ERP systems and procurement digital tools. /liliExcellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. /liliA strategic, analytical, and proactive mindset, with the ability to operate in dynamic, complex environments. /li /ulpillycaffè as B-Corp is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace generating positive effects for the environment, for the community and for people. /p
