Position: System Engineer – Training Simulation Systems (EFA Project)
Contract: 12‑month temporary contract with the possibility of subsequent permanent placement.
Recruitment for the Engineering Division of Randstad Professional for a client in the Aerospace Defense sector. The role will be based in Ronchi de’ Legionari (Gorizia) and will focus on training simulation systems, especially sensor and electronic warfare (EW) simulation in airborne contexts for the Eurofighter (EFA) International Program.
Responsibilities
Baseline Development: Contribute to the creation, release, and continual update of the baseline documentation and software of the simulation system.
Airborne Simulation: Operate in advanced flight simulation environments, managing sensor‑related topics and complex integration scenarios.
Technical Management: Manage technical baselines, ensuring consistency between project requirements and implemented solutions.
Defense Context Operations: Work in compliance with security protocols for defense industry sites, handling documentation and software in a classified environment.
Requirements
Background: Experience in programs related to air or naval avionics sensors.
Analysis Tools: Proficiency with radar, Electronic Warfare, or IRST/FLIR tools.
Prior Experience: Previous collaboration with leading sector companies (e.g., Leonardo) is a strong plus.
Systems Engineering: Ability to work rigorously on baseline documentation and software in structured contexts.
Language: Good technical English skills.
Location
Ronchi de’ Legionari (Gorizia), on‑site.
