Duties
Serves as Lead Cashier, reporting directly to the activity Manager.
Performs the daily operations to include maintaining the accountability for the activity change fund.
Prepares cash drawers, verify and approve cashier's funds and balance sheet, balance the change fund and daily deposit accurately and secure the back vault at all times.
Ensures vouchers are accounted for and filled out correctly.
Verifies cash, paper work, and cash collections.
Ensures that the daily collection funds are verified and deposited.
Performs routine cashier duties as needed.
Assists activity manager as he/she directs, develops, and administers plans, programs, and procedures to ensure the higher standard of service.
Performs other duties as assigned.

The 31st Force Support Squadron is not currently providing logistical support. Applicants must provide proper documentation indicating they are already a supported member of Aviano AB.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
Must have experience performing similar duties.
Must be a High School graduate. Higher education in related field is desirable, but not required.
Must possess the ability to read, write, and communicate English fluently.
Must possess basic mathematical knowledge and the use of a calculator.
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution in order to qualify.
FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program. It is your responsibility to provide such evidence when applying.
