We are looking for an SAP WM Consultant (m/f/d) for our automotive client .

Duration: 3–6 months ++

Language: English fluent and Italian (must)
Responsibilities:
* 2nd-level support with a focus on SAP WM, LE, logistics-related SD and SAP PP (Prioritisation in accordance with the order listed)
* Analysis of incidents, system behaviour and coordination of changes
* Classification, prioritisation and processing of incoming tickets in the ITSM system
* Forwarding of tickets to internal specialist teams or external IT service partners
* Problem-solving through:
* User enablement, training and onboarding
* Relevant SAP customising (no development)
* Ensuring clear, transparent and timely communication with business and IT stakeholders
* Technical responsibility for SAP PP, WM and QM processes in a serial manufacturing environment
* Design and implementation of solutions for:
* Production processes
* BOM and work plan integration
* Shop floor feedback
* Scanner and mobile applications
* Supporting the rollout of scanner-based processes (e.g. goods movements, material staging, label printing)
* Collaborating on global projects and actively shaping the future production and warehouse architecture (including SAP S/4HANA)
* Conducting integration tests, maintaining system documentation and supporting key users during go-live and hypercare
* Close collaboration with the Production, Logistics, Quality and IT departments to ensure seamless end-to-end processes
Requirements:
* At least 5 years’ SAP consulting experience in PP / WM / QM
* Excellent customising skills
* Proven experience in Application Management / AMS (incident and change management)
* Experience in serial manufacturing environments
* Experience with mobile and scanner-based SAP processes is an advantage
* SAP S/4HANA project experience is desirable
* Excellent communication skills in an international environment
