What You Need to Be Successful
* Master’s Degree in Automation Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
* Less than 18 months of professional experience
* Fluency in English and Italian; a third language will be considered a plus
* Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders
* Innate aptitude for teamwork
* Excellent communication skills
* Personal drive and result orientation.
