Job Details and Responsibilities
As Tender Specialist, you will manage the full tender process for individual customers from the pre‑qualification phase through to the business implementation, including:
* Filling RFIs to evaluate potential suppliers.
* Analyzing tender documents: requested services, KPIs, database, offer files.
* Preparing offers and price calculations.
* Submitting offers to the customer with required documentation.
* Handling feedback: answering clarifications, exchanging feedback with departments, negotiating.
* Assisting with award: supporting operational implementation and contract negotiations.
Throughout the tender process you will support sales and operational teams, hold online meetings with international customers, and present and negotiate in multiple languages (primarily English, German, Italian).
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree – science, mathematics or economics preferred.
* Strong Excel skills.
* Excellent German proficiency.
* Excellent English proficiency.
* Good Spanish proficiency.
