Experteer Overview
In this role you will serve as the airworthiness and certification expert for Avio Aero’s engine product line, interfacing with EASA and CAAs to secure and maintain regulatory compliance. You will lead DOA-related processes, coordinate civil and military interfaces, and drive improvements in certification workflows to support product life cycles. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to ensure safety, quality, and productive certification activities, contributing to Avio Aero’s mission to enable safe, reliable flight.

* Represent Avio Aero with EASA/CAAs on engineering, safety, and certification matters
* Monitor regulatory developments impacting engine programs and communicate with authorities
* Lead DOA processes and exception management for military applications
* Coordinate interfaces between Military and Civil DOA for assigned projects
* Ensure procedures and interfaces between Design Organization and Production Organization for military projects
* Define and implement PART 21 Subpart J compliant processes for Design Organizations
* Improve certification‑related business processes to enhance quality and productivity in Airworthiness and Certification
* Provide technical leadership and document technical data for assigned projects
Responsabilità
* Engineering degree from an accredited institution
* Experience as Nominated Manager in civil or Military Design Organization
* Consolidated airworthiness experience
* Experience in aerospace industry and Type Certificate Holder DOA
* Experience in aircraft military operations
* Proven leadership in communicating goals and challenges
* Fluent Italian and English
* Work visa as required by local regulations
