We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, Supply ChainEngineering whopossessesthe rare combination of operational grit and technical sophistication.
In this role, you will be the bridge betweenour globalsupply chain planning &operationsorganizationand internalas well as externalstakeholders in a global environment. You will drivecross-functional alignmentanddevelop our organization,implementIT systems,improveprocessesandoverallinfrastructure. Youwon'tjust track timelines; you will diagnose systemic issues, architect solutions, and lead the charge on implementation. Weare looking fora \"system thinker\" who canturn challengesintosolutiosn, anddeliveritend-to-end.
Your Impact:
End-to-End Project Ownership:Lead critical supply chain projects from concept to go-live. You willbe responsible forscope, budget, timeline, and value realization.
Systems Engineering & IT Integration:Act as the translator between Operations and IT. You must understand data flows, ERP logic, andhave an interestfornew technologiesto ensure business requirements are technicallyfeasible.
Complex Problem Solving & Solution Design:ApplySystems Thinkingtooptimizethe entire value chain. You will look beyond local optimization to ensure changes in one area do not negativelyimpactanother.
Change Management & Stakeholder Alignment:Manage a diverse matrix of stakeholders, from warehouse floor managers to executives and external vendors.
Your Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor'sin industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience with project management methodologies applied in asupply chainenvironment
6-8+ years delivering cross‑functional supply chain programs spanning planning andlogistics; multi‑site/global exposure.Ideally consulting background, withtrack recordof successful process / system implementation
Deep experience with supply chain systems (e.g., SAP,Kinaxis) or complex proprietary platformsand do not shy away fromnew technologiessuch as AI & data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, orPowerBI) is highly valued.
