This is a working role within a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPress OfficeBuild and update media lists (journalists, editors, publications)Support press outreach and follow-upsAssist in drafting press materials and press releasesMonitor coverage and prepare reportsInfluencer MarketingResearch and manage influencer lists (Italy + international)Support seeding, gifting, and relationship trackingCoordinate influencer activations and campaignsTrack results and performanceClient SupportAssist PR Director on daily client workPrepare presentations, reports, and materialsSupport guest lists and event coordination when requiredRequirementsStrong interest in PR, media, and influencer marketingFluent in English and ItalianHighly organised and detail-orientedStrong written communication skillsComfortable using Excel, Canva, and digital toolsReliable, proactive, and able to follow throughImportantThis is a6-month full-time work experience (€600/month).We are looking for someone who:Is fully available and based in MilanIs comfortable working primarily in-officeUnderstands this is a real working environment, not a study phaseIs reliable, consistent, and able to execute tasks quickly and accuratelyHow to ApplyPlease apply via LinkedInSelected candidates will be asked to complete a short screening before interview.
