PLocation: /pulliSmart Working /liliUfficio a Milano /li /ulpWorking Hours: 8x5 /ppStart Date: ASAP /ppSettore: Oil Gas /ppAbout the Company /ppPer una nostra azienda cliente, leader nel settore Oil Gas, ricerchiamo una figura Junior Commissioning Operations Support Engineer da inserire in un progetto strategico. /ppLa risorsa, sotto la supervisione di figure senior, sarà coinvolta nelle attività di pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up e supporto operativo degli impianti, con particolare attenzione agli aspetti di HSE, qualità e performance. /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliEnsure that all activities under his responsibility are done in full compliance with the HSE requirements /liliProvide support during Pre Start-up Safety Reviews (PSSR) meetings, HSE meetings, etc. /liliPerform frequent safety and quality observations in the field and report findings /liliProvide support during the preparation of the progress reports /liliProvide support during the execution of the Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning Start-up activities /liliIdentify solutions to technical problems encountered during operations, which cannot be readily resolved by the operations team on board, including also the related HSE issues /liliCoordinate root cause analysis investigations and prepare relevant reports for operational issues which affects the HSE, the systems availability and the production /liliDevelop transfer of knowledge and relevant solutions (e.g., feedbacks on solutions assessing/developing how to implement the same solution on the other vessels) /liliAlong the entire operations life of Production Facilities, provide technical overview of production activities, recommending solutions aimed to guarantee targets achievement, facilitating information exchange and coordinating/optimizing production resources /liliProvide technical coordination of operational issues with respect to Corporate Engineering and Procurement departments /liliTogether with Asset Maintenance dept. prepare and manage planning minimum shut down maintenance (budget, manning, materials, etc.) /liliManagement of change coordination of any change made to the Production Facilities original design after commissioning and handing over to operations team /liliManagement of change coordination of the entire process of design change of process/equipment onboard, provide technical support, changes requirements (i.e. HAZID, HAZOP, Risk Assessment) in conjunction with the HSE Dept. /liliDuring bidding phase of a project, provide technical assistance to Proposal Manager as necessary, to ensure that all operational aspects are considered /liliDuring the project execution phase of a new leased Production Facility, provides technical assistance to the Pre-Operations Manager and team on the project as requested /liliSmooth transition between Comm and Ops At the time of commissioning and Operations start up of a new leased Production Facility, provide continuous technical assistance to ensure a smooth transition from the commissioning team, deliverables, activities (punch lists, marked-up engineering documents, energized and commissioned systems, etc.) to the commencement of normal operations activities /liliReview and comment operating manual and procedures /liliRedmark and keep updated engineering documents as required during comms and ops /liliParticipate in regular updating procedures and standards to ensure that operations experience on existing vessels is incorporated /li /ulpRequirements /pulliLaurea in Ingegneria (Meccanica, Elettrica, Chimica o affini). /lili2–4 anni di esperienza in commissioning, operations o HSE nel settore Oil Gas. /liliConoscenza di base delle procedure di commissioning e start-up. /liliBuona comprensione delle tematiche HSE e degli strumenti di analisi dei rischi. /liliOttima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata). /liliAttitudine al lavoro di squadra, capacità di apprendimento rapido e problem solving. /li /ulpAGAP2 è un equal opportunities employer: crediamo che tutte le forme di diversità siano fonte di arricchimento reciproco.
