International HR Expert
The role of an International HR Expert is to act as a local HR expert for Italy and Europe, handling complex people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
* Employee Lifecycle Management:
* Onboarding, transfers, relocations, and offboarding ensure compliance with local regulations.
* Verify payroll calculations to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
Daily HR Consulting
Provide daily HR consulting to clients, maintain client relationships, and resolve cross-border employment issues.
Administrative Support
Generate reports, employment verification letters, and HRIS administration.
Requirements
* International HR professional experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with European labor laws, particularly in Italy and surrounding countries.
* Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus.
* Strong analytical skills: identify, scope, and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues.
* Data-driven approach: challenge the status quo and strive to improve response times and employee experience.
* Ability to provide effective solutions in complex situations.
Interview Process
Preliminary screening by HR communication, followed by two video interviews with the department head and CEO.
