Technical Sales Support Specialist
This advanced role is responsible for assisting customers and sales channel personnel. By collaborating, leveraging application experience, and product knowledge, the successful candidate will deliver optimal thermal solutions and prepare quotes for standard products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for product advice, selection, and applications.
* Advise customers and sales agents on product selection and troubleshooting.
* Develop quotes and manage customer accounts.
* Resolve product, application, and production issues.
* Participate in product growth strategies and sales development.
* Oversee large customer projects and technical inquiries.
* Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific sites and product platforms.
* Maintain technical documentation and promotional materials.
* Support the sales channel during customer visits as a technical expert.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* Previous professional experience as an engineer in an industrial setting, possibly mechanical, electrical, or process engineering.
* Ability to advise customers, distributors, and sales agents effectively on product selection and troubleshooting.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in English for collaboration across Europe.
* Willingness to travel within Italy.
Preferred Experience:
* Experience with heaters or thermal solutions.
* Leadership experience in managing teams.
