Position Summary

As our B2B Jewellery Sales Executive, you will drive revenue growth by nurturing existing partnerships and developing new accounts across key European markets. You will act as the bridge between our clients and our Valenza factory, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and on-time delivery, while representing Pace Gems at the industry’s top trade shows. The position is based full-time in Valenza, Italy or Antwerp, Belgium.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively look for new B2B (retail/wholesale) customers on a weekly basis, including traveling to meet them
* Account Management & Growth
* Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients
* Order & Production Liaison
* Coordinate closely with our Valenza manufacturing team to confirm production schedules
* Monitor order status and work to resolve any production or delivery delays
* Payment Collection
* Prepare and send invoices, track outstanding balances, and follow up to ensure timely payments
* Trade Show Leadership
* Travel to major sector shows (in Italy, Switzerland, Hong Kong) for multi-week periods
* Assist with booth setup, present product collections, close sales, and oversee packing/logistics

Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
* Fluent English; conversational proficiency in French, Italian, or Spanish highly desirable
* Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within fine jewellery, luxury goods, or related industries
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation prowess, and client-focused mindset
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
* Willingness to travel extensively (up to several weeks at a time)

Travel & Schedule Requirements

* Frequent travel to international trade fairs
* Flexible work schedule accommodating both field visits and office coordination
