Overview Analytics & Operational Excellence Specialist – Milano, Italy Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is looking for an Analytics & Operational Excellence Specialist to join the Commercial Excellence & Business Transformation Department. Responsibilities Business Analytics & Operations : Leverages insights from CRM system for appropriate customer segmentation; collaborates with BIMs to define needs related to the CRM system and prepares data analysis to measure the business impact of different activities; participates operationally in the construction of product dashboards and in automating processes where possible. Sales Force Sizing & Effectiveness : Supports internal stakeholders in developing planning and methodologies to verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the Field Force; supports sizing and geographical allocation of the Field Force by providing analyses and simulations using dedicated tools. Process Improvement & Change Management : Provides methodological and analytical support to BIMs; actively promotes the culture of sharing best practices. Health Care Compliance & Pharmacovigilance : Ensures compliance with all company procedures; prepares pharmacovigilance documentation related to market research activations and ad hoc projects; ensures pharmacovigilance reporting requirements are met in project planning, material development, project execution, and contracting with third parties; understands and complies with HCC and legal requirements (e.g., Fair Market Value rules, Transfer of Value) in project planning and contracting; prepares for inspections and checks (e.g., trainings completed, updated CV, and position description available). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in economics / statistics or similar 3 years of experience in similar roles and environment Proficiency in English and Italian Microsoft Office Package, especially Excel — required Advanced reporting applications (e.g., Qlik) — required Advanced Analytics tools and languages (e.g., Python, SQL) – preferred Strong skills in collecting, measuring, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data Curiosity and willingness to learn and apply new analytical solutions Knowledge of Commercial Excellence and CRM concepts; basic process transformation, change management and innovation concepts Project management and problem-solving skills; accuracy and attention to detail Ability to write reports, summaries and public speaking; strong collaborative work attitude in a matrix organization Work location : Milano (MI), with the possibility of international travel.
