The role is part of the Global Data Operations area, interacting with Business and development teams during project and operational phases to manage Incident and Release Management activities. Focus on service continuity and support service, ensuring service availability and quality.Main ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of contact for any critical issue or improvement need related to Amplifon Datawarehouse, marketing campaign platform and their integrationPrioritize issue analysis and resolution activities based on business context, identified criticalities and alignment with delivery plansPromote application and process improvements based on operational experience and customers' feedbackManage Release activities, coordinating demand and technical focal points and ensuring adherence of the release activities to defined processes and proceduresIdentify improvement opportunities related to release management process, ensuring alignment with the data stack evolution roadmapCoordinate incident management activities, focusing on root cause analysis and identifying developments or process changes to prevent reoccurrencePerform work on time, within scope and with high customer satisfactionSkillsAbility to prioritize assignments, handle shifting deadlines and work independently as well as in a team environmentStrong problem-solving skillsKnowledge of general Business and CRM processes.
