By supporting HQ and local markets, you'll help identify critical issues and uncover opportunities for improvement. The insights you generate will contribute to enhancing website UX and optimizing overall performance. Your work will also support the optimization of the company’s CRM strategy.Key Responsibilities:Analyze data from Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to identify trends, actionable insights, and optimization opportunities.Support the Digital Team in creating advanced reports and dashboards to monitor digital KPIs and website performance.Collaborate with local markets to assess the impact of media investments and propose optimization strategies.Contribute to A/B testing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and SEO initiatives, working closely with specialists in each area.Learn to manage digital platforms and CMS tools, and understand access and configuration logic of digital systems.Deepen your knowledge of SQL and data analysis to enhance the quality and effectiveness of reporting.Work alongside the Digital Technologist and local teams to configure media campaign tracking and calculate Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).What We’re Looking For:Student or recent graduate in Economics, Digital Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.Proficiency in both English and Italian (mandatory)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel in particularA data-driven mindset and passion for digital analyticsFamiliarity with Google Analytics and interest in learning GA4 are considered a plusWhat We OfferA 6-month paid internship:€800/month allowanceMeal vouchersSmart working optionsFree company shuttleAre you ready to join us?
