The ideal candidate has managed tax operations across multiple jurisdictions, overseen transfer pricing, and partnered with local advisers, including company setup abroad.
Experience in process improvement, ensuring compliance, financial planning, and providing tax guidance to business functions is essential.
This is a high-impact, strategic, and fully remote position.Responsibilities Manage the Group's tax position, including development and implementation of tax strategy across multiple countriesBuild close working relationships with local professional advisers, identifying projects and tasks requiring professional advice, and managing delivery and timing of advice (including company openings in new jurisdictions)Ensure regular and accurate completion of tax filingsManage the Group's transfer pricingAssist in financial planning, including preparation and management of tax forecasts and provisionsServe as a business partner for other functions on tax-related queriesTake responsibility for continuous process improvement in all taxation mattersPropose process and system improvements to ensure full compliance and manage the effective tax rate within regional companiesRequirements At least 5 years of team management experience and significant tax compliance and advisory expertise for multinational companies, preferably within the IT, digital, or e-commerce sectorsCPA certification is a strong plusDeep knowledge of international tax laws and accounting standards, with a strong focus on the US marketExpertise in tax compliance processes and projects, from data extraction to return submissionStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions and recommendationsDeep knowledge of transfer pricing rulesTax audit experience from a taxpayer perspectiveExperience managing outside counsel and other tax advisorsExperience working with auditorsFluent xrdztoy English (both written and spoken)Benefits Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely;Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together;Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities;Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences;Corporate English school: Group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world;Corporate prices on hotels and travel services;MyTime Day Off
