How You’ll Make An Impact Lead strategic, cross-plant projects focused on cost-out initiatives and process harmonization, partnering with Engineering and Purchasing. Manage all operational, commercial, and financial processes, including margin transparency and support for offer, project, and claim management. Steer key performance indicators such as order intake, revenue, profitability, and free cash flow, ensuring monthly closing, P&L and balance sheet accuracy, and variance analysis. Drive budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and CAPEX controlling, ensuring compliance with industrial and regulatory requirements. Act as the primary interface for auditors and consultants, ensuring statutory financial statements meet local governance standards and actively promote digitalization within the plant.
