Ph3Job description /h3 pThis is a temporary position (maternity leave cover) offering valuable hands‑on experience in an international B2B environment. /p pThe Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Regional sales team with marketing tasks in collaboration with the global marketing communications team. The position will help manage our online and offline communication with clients and increase brand awareness. Duties include supporting the development and implementation of a company’s marketing, social media, branding, and internal/external communication activities. /p h3Your Challenge /h3 ul liAssist in marketing plan preparation, including budget and short and long-term strategy /li liGather the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyze these materials to determine the most effective communications technique /li liBased on assessment, draft and propose communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, direct (e)mail, and other multimedia /li liOrganize and manage Regional trade shows /li liEnsure the maintenance of brand integrity in collateral design, and apply effective marketing techniques and company brand standards in campaigns. /li liPrepare promotional presentations, distribute marketing materials and assist in the management of website SEO /li liManage and update digital asset management system (DAM) – we use Adobe Experience Manager /li liManage and update divisional website using a content management system (CMS) – we use Adobe Experience Manager /li liWrite copy prepare graphics for internal communications, social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral with particular regards to case studies and technical papers /li liAssist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels /li /ul h3Profile description /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul li2–3 years of experience in a Marketing or Communications role, preferably within a B2B environment /li liEarly-career profiles with up to two years of relevant professional experience will also be considered /li /ul h3Expertise /h3 ul liExcellent computer, communication, presentation, and analytical skills /li liFluent in English; knowledge of German, Italian, and/or Spanish is a strong advantage /li liExperience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus /li liKnowledge of CMS systems is a plus /li /ul h3Personality /h3 ul liSelf-starter with high motivation to achieve goalsli /liliStrong organizational skills and ability to work independently /li liProactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn /li /ul pDiversity and inclusion are part of our DNA.
