This role is ideal for someone who combines strong accounting foundations with hands-on experience in management control and wants to play a key role inside a fast-growing tech company.
You will take ownership of management control and accounting, working closely with the Finance Manager and leadership team to ensure financial rigor while supporting strategic decision-making.
You’ll operate at the intersection of financial reporting, accounting, and performance analysis, helping us build scalable financial processes in a high-growth environment.
Lead and manage management control and accounting processes across the company.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, KPIs, and cost structures, supporting leadership with data-driven insights.
Implement and improve financial controls, processes, and reporting systems.
Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders.
Support the Finance Manager on cash flow monitoring, planning, and financial analysis. xdwybme
5+ years of experience in audit at a Big Four firm, at least at Senior Auditor level.
~ Subsequent experience in management control / Financial Controller roles.
~ Professional proficiency in English and Italian.
