We are seeking a Software Engineer (Digistat team) to contribute to software development, implementation, and customization. The role involves collaborating with management and IT teams to define technical priorities and maintaining a knowledge base of programming solutions to support a robust IT infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating software projects and supporting customers with Ascom UMS products, including Digitstat, Clingo, and Carefusion.
* Implementing and managing new customer support processes.
* Training and supporting team members, delivering onsite customer training, and developing training materials.
* Configuring and improving external customer support based on feedback and technical analysis.
* Managing technical support calls, including data analysis to identify issues.
* Planning and executing customer-focused implementation activities.
* Drafting technical specifications for customer-specific developments.
* Ensuring documentation compliance with legal, CE marking, contractual, and QMS standards.
* Acting as the main contact with customers and third parties, managing project activities from start to finish.
* Collaborating with product and development teams to enhance customer solutions.
* Supporting delivery monitoring and addressing non-compliance or customer concerns.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* Experience in system integration deployments.
* Experience with medical software installation and configuration.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
* Comfortable working in an international environment.
Skills & Competencies:
* Customer-facing confidence.
* Expertise in software installation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
* Programming skills in VBScript or MS C#.
* Proficiency with Windows OS, SQL (MSSQL), and relational databases.
* Knowledge of web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and web applications.
* Understanding of medical device connectivity and standards like HL7, FHIR (a plus).
