Core Responsibilities Facilitate and drive application development and daily technology operations including issue analysis and resolution avoiding downtime and delays Support and execution of strategic and business critical projects supporting ERP technology evolution and business initiatives, according to standard IT and security protocols. Successfully manage technical and functional aspects of applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver effective and innovative IT solutions Skills and Attitudes 2 / 3 years of experience with ERP configuration, customization and interfaces between core systems. Knowledge of Stealth3000 ERP is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field Understanding of business processes and how they integrate with ERP systems Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Communication (both Italian and English) and Interpersonal skills.
