Job OverviewIn this role you will support HSE programs across European hubs and local units, driving regional alignment with the HSE Management System and strategic improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with multiple business units to monitor KPIs, deploy strategic plans, and coordinate audits and corrective actions. The role focuses on strengthening HSE qualifications and learning from incidents to prevent recurrences, while leveraging IT systems to support development processes. This is a hands‐on position that combines regional governance with cross‐unit engagement to advance Hitachi Energy's HSE objectives.ResponsibilitiesSupport regional and local HSE programs across European unitsMonitor and report on HSE processes, KPIs, and system improvementsCoordinate deployment of HSE strategic plans and follow up on actionsImplement and track HSE Management System and strategic improvement programsEnsure sufficient HSE qualifications to meet capacity requirements across factoriesPrepare for and support internal/external HSE audits and NCR resolutionCoordinate IT systems to support HSE development processesEvaluate HUB EUC progress against HSE targets and complianceSupport learning from incidents and implement corrective actions from TRI and HPI investigationsImprove and sustain HSE processes and documentation processesQualificationsUniversity Degree in Occupational Safety and Health6+ years of HSE experience, international operations a plusExperience in Servicing, Manufacturing, TestingExperience with ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 50001:2018Willingness to travel regionally & globally (10‐20%)Strong English communication skillsBenefitsHealth insurancePension fundWelfareFlexible working typeFlexible working hours
