We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Principal Team in Milan.
The role will focus on supporting the delivery of strategic recruitment projects for senior and top management positions across various industries.
This is a key position within our organization, as the Senior Recruiter will work closely with the Principals throughout the full project lifecycle – from client brief to successful closure – contributing both to operational execution and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Principals to define search strategies, ensuring alignment with client expectations and market dynamics
* Conduct direct searches and market mapping to identify and engage potential candidates
* Manage screening and evaluation processes, including interviews and assessments
* Develop long and short lists of qualified candidates with structured documentation and insights
* Participate in client briefings and progress meetings, providing an advisory-led experience
* Maintain continuous communication with candidates and clients throughout the search process
* Work closely with the research team and contribute to knowledge sharing within the firm
Key Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in senior or top management search, headhunting, or talent acquisition, with exposure to both national and international markets
* Solid understanding of HR processes, talent dynamics, and organizational structures
* Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently, maintaining strong relationships with high-profile clients and senior candidates
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex projects and timelines
