We are looking for a Brand Comm. Events & Talents Specialist, that joins the team in a dynamic role designed to support the interaction between Marcolin’s licensed brands and their audiences. This position focuses on the operational management of talents (celebrities, KOLs, influencers) and provides essential on-site and logistical support for brand events. Working under the guidance of the Brand Comm. Events & Talents Coordinator, this profile will ensure that social campaigns and events are executed seamlessly, maintaining high standards of brand consistency and operational efficiency.
Responsibility
Talent & Community Management
- Scouting & Mapping: Support the external talent agency in talent scouting
- Operational Onboarding: Manage the day-to-day communication with talents/agencies, including briefing, content collection, and ensuring all materials follow brand guidelines.
- Seeding Excellence: Execute seeding campaigns end-to-end: coordinating logistics dept, deliveries and final reporting.
- Performance Monitoring: Collect data from talent campaigns to help create comprehensive performance reports, managing the dedicated tool useful for these purposes.
Event Support & Execution
- Logistical Support: Assist in the practical organization of events (press days, collection launches, press/social events), including coordination of shipping materials, setting up displays, and managing catering arrivals.
- On-site Coordination: Provide hands-on support during event days, acting as a point of contact for small suppliers and ensuring the guest check-in process runs smoothly.
- Supplier Assistance: Help in identifying new vendors (photographers, florists, catering) and maintaining an updated database of reliable partners according with company guidelines.
- Talent Hosting: Act as the primary assistant for talents and creators during events, ensuring they have everything they need for their content creation and attendance.
- Admin Support: Manage the administrative side of events, such as opening purchase orders (POs) and organizing invoices for the department.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in social media or event coordination.
- Strong interest for the talent landscape and social media trends, with the ability to quickly spot new faces and viral opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Clear and professional communication style, capable of interacting with influencers and internal stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken).
- Proactive, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, positive attitude and flexibility. You are a problem-solver, able to work under pressure.
