Eddyfi RMS supplies wireless remote condition monitoring technology used in 35 countries in rail, construction, and mining. Our precise, reliable and robust products are built to empower clients responsible for high‑value and at‑risk assets. Users installed more than 30,000 sensors last year – helping them manage ground and structural movement, landslide risk, geotechnical behaviour, rail track movement, and much more. Systems are installed in minutes and last more than a decade with minimal maintenance – helping users mitigate engineering risk without visiting site.

This role will support the Senceive and Sisgeo product lines, part of the Eddyfi Geotechnical RMS business unit. We are seeking the right individual to join our Global Sales & Support team.

This position provides an important link between the Business Development and Operations teams. The successful candidate will oversee critical processes within the sales cycle to help the business drive sales performance and operational efficiency.

Your eye for detail will ensure that you prove a key asset for the wider Business Development and Operations teams and your attention to each customer’s experience will cement strong and long‑lasting relationships. Tasks will cover a global customer base, with particular focus on Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa.

As a Sales Support Executive you must be able to:

* Raise sales orders and communicate with the Operations Team and customers once orders are placed.
* Liaise with customers regarding shipping processes, confirmation and request any additional information if required.
* Check and audit quotations, sales orders and purchase orders to ensure they comply with the company’s commercial guidelines.
* Oversee purchase order insurance requirements.
* Work with the Finance Team to track late payments and ensure the Business Development Team and systems are kept up to date.
* Produce reports for various sales and operational metrics.
* Update and distribute sales process and sales support documentation.
* Provide a key link between the Operations Team and Business Development Team.
* Support the Business Development Team with information about any outstanding or previous orders.
* Complete supplier forms and keep company information provided to customers up to date.
* Distribute pricelists to customers and keep up‑to‑date records of the recipients.
* Keep customer records up to date on both CRM and ERP systems.


What Makes You an Asset to Our Team

* Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
* Fluency in English and Italian.
* Competence using CRM and ERP software as well as the full Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong communication and customer service skills to manage internal and external requests.
* Familiarity with shipping & logistics processes.
* Able to multitask in an organized manner and meet deadlines while paying attention to detail.
* Ability to work within global and remote teams.
* Ability to speak a third language (asset).
