Responsibilities Setting up PC workplaces Installations, migrations and rollouts User administration via Active Directory User support with MS Office, Windows and other software issues Deal with stock / asset management Provide support on meeting rooms / conferencing rooms Provide smart hand support for Server and network devices Qualifications 1 years Level 2 Support at large enterprise companies Ideally background as IT technician (desktop support) Familiar with ticketing system Experience in OS, Apps and hardware installation and troubleshooting depending on project products Good English and Italian language skills We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies.
