The role requires the ability to work independently and manage teams effectively. Strong prioritization, organizational skills, effective communication, and quick reaction times are critical. In addition to data center, hardware, and network repair knowledge, the candidate will create documentation, innovate solutions, participate in site-level projects, and resolve complex problems within the Data Center space. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,700 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $158,000 / year in our highest geographic market.
