Key Accountabilities - Timesheet and Expense Reimbursement: Manage and submit timesheets, and expense reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. - Travel Management: Organize and coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO and accompanying colleagues, including the handling of visas and travel documentation when necessary. - Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's agenda, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are scheduled and communicated appropriately. - Event and Meeting Coordination: Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate participation in events and arrange necessary services such as catering for meetings. - Procurement Requests: Handle the management and processing of purchase requests within the system, ensuring all procurement activities align with company requirements. Education - High School Diploma/GED in Business Administration Finance Management Qualifications - Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Attention to detail and precision. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Fluency in Italian and a good level of English are required.
