To develop our activities in Europe, we look for a Spanish-speaking Junior Operations Coordinator based in Milan, Italy. Your role: Support our community of collaborators across our European network to help them conduct successful missions. Cold call, screen, onboard and register new Creatives to constantly expand our operational presence. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in collaboration with other teams. Operate with the attention to detail and structure necessary to build trust and confidence with our Creatives community. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, post-production, client support and product teams to develop and implement effective, efficient, and scalable operational initiatives. Requirements : You are comfortable convincing and helping creatives to join our network. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills ( Italian and English at least full professional working proficiency, other languages are a big plus ). Comfortable living and working in accordance with Wesual's values of respect, passion, innovation and customer centricity. Dynamic profile willing to tackle a new challenge in a highly stimulating environment, with a high level of autonomy. You are disciplined in your approach to daily activity planning and goal setting.
