People & Culture Intern – in this role, you'll get hands‑on experience with important projects such as appraisal cycles, job grading, and career paths.

Key Responsibilities
\n
- Appraisal & Talent cycles support: coordinate appraisal and talent processes by tracking timelines, collecting inputs, and ensuring data completeness and consistency across teams.
- People data entry & systems hygiene: maintain accurate and up-to-date people and job information across HR systems and trackers, supporting data quality through careful updates, checks, and basic reporting activities.
- Career paths & job architecture documentation: support the creation, review, and maintenance of role descriptions, job architecture materials, and career path documentation, including templates, slides, and internal knowledge pages.
- Learning & development support: assist in coordinating learning and training initiatives such as onboarding sessions, internal trainings, and learning programmes, tracking participation, collecting feedback, and keeping learning materials and records organized and up to date.
- Automation & AI support: support the design, testing, and implementation of AI‑powered agents and automated tools to improve efficiency in People processes; contribute ideas, assist with experimentation, and document and optimise solutions that streamline workflows and improve data usability.
Requirements \n
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to handle sensitive/confidential data.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Familiarity with AI usage and automated tools, with an openness to learning new technologies as they evolve.
- Good English and Italian communication skills (written + spoken).
- Curious mindset: you like structured processes and improving how things work.
