The candidate, within the Information Systems Department, specifically within the group responsible for monitoring the proper functioning of the group's ABAP infrastructure, will actively participate in the following procedures:
1. Interfacing with the data center hosting its servers
2. Developing ABAP customizations necessary for specific MARPOSS processes not covered by standard SAP solutions
3. Collaborating with system engineers responsible for group networking
4. Cooperating with ABAP developer consultants
5. Working with fellow developers of MARPOSS model applications outside standard SAP solutions
6. Supporting both functional consultants and MARPOSS users
Over time, as the candidate's expertise grows, short trips to MARPOSS Group offices in Europe and worldwide may be required, especially during roll-out activities.
Profile
We seek graduates in computer science or computer engineering interested in training as SAP ABAP developers, with good knowledge of ABAP system aspects. The role can also be suitable for IT professionals with significant experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess:
* Organizational and planning skills
* Practical and implementation skills
* Analytical, summarization, creativity, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with colleagues
* Proficiency in spoken and written English
