Overview

Your to-do list:

* Create social, search, and YouTube campaigns on major digital platforms like Ads Manager or Google Ads;
* Support strategy implementation;
* Collect data and insights from EE countries;
* Analyze and report campaign performance;
* Collaborate with the coordination and strategic teams for strategy and project implementation;
* Manage monthly reports and coordinate markets for platform access and issues.

Qualifications

If you have:

* At least 2 years of experience managing search, social, and YouTube campaigns;
* Ability to design and manage digital media plans aligned with client budgets and KPIs;
* Ability to work with internal teams, colleagues from abroad, and external partners/suppliers;
* Skills in campaign monitoring, result analysis, and reporting development;
* Proficiency in KPI analysis and Excel;
* Knowledge of main KPIs and remuneration methods for performance marketing activities;
* Knowledge of major paid advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Search Ads 360, Business Manager, Bing;
* Strong client relationship management skills;
* Knowledge of other self-service biddable platforms (e.g., Spotify, TikTok Ads Manager);
* Experience in programmatic or booking campaigns with concessionaires and/or publishers is a plus.
