PpMBE is looking for a bCRM Operations Specialist /b to join the Marketing team in Milan. /p pThe role is mainly going to support the CRM Manager in banalyzing, monitoring, and optimizing lead generation and telemarketing processes /b, consolidating data present within the CRM with suppliers’ data, and producing structured reports for the sales team. /p h3Key responsibilities include: /h3 ul liProvides support in the organization and management of telemarketing campaigns, involving the MBE centers and coordinating activities and deadlines with both suppliers and the salesforce. /li liPromotes effective CRM adoption and usage across MBE Italian Centers (BSC). /li liProduces internal reports based on both CRM and on external suppliers’ data, monitoring lead generation’s KPIs through weekly analytical reports, granting accurate and coherent data presentation. /li liProvides timely updates to the sales team on lead status, campaign results, and on operational KPIs, and suggests corrective actions if needed. /li liContributes to the control and the implementation of internal dashboards, measuring marketing activities on the CRM and on other corporate reporting systems. /li /ul h3Key requirements: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Statistics. /li li1-2 years’ experience working in a B2B environment in Marketing, CRM or Operations roles. /li liHighly knowledgeable about Microsoft Office Suite, with a high operating knowledge of Excel. /li liFamiliarity with CRM systems – Salesforce knowledge is a plus. /li liStrong problem solving and resolution skills. /li liFluent in Italian and good working knowledge of English. /li liAbility to effectively balance multiple and concurrent tasks. /li liCollaborative spirit, with appreciation of diverse perspectives. /li liBold, passionate, tenacious and curious mindset, not afraid to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo in pursuit of better solutions. /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 ul liA temporary contract (Maternity Cover). /li liA vibrant international environment in a continuously growing company with many professional and personal development opportunities. /li liExtensive training and development opportunities within the group. /li liA multicultural organizational structure and team. /li /ul h3About MBE /h3 pMail Boxes Etc.
