Our daily challenge is always to live up to the expectations of our customers around the world. /ph3Description /h3pThis is a full-time on‑site role as an Assistant Manager. /ppAs an Assistant Manager, your tasks are working with Store Manager, being responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the sales team and ensuring the highest level of customer service, improving every sale, as well as bringing new clients, and improving teams CRM goals. /ppOn operational side, the tasks are organising the stock procedures, minimising stock losses, maintaining clean sales and stock floor, effective communicating and training the team on product information and daily/weekly/monthly/yearly KPI’s, supporting the sales team on target achievement and supervising the daily operational tasks, such as circle counts, VM checks and reports etc. /ph3Profile /h3ulliStrong interpersonal skills /liliProven sales and management experience /liliOrganisational skills /liliExperience in premium or luxury fashion retail /liliFluency English is a must; multiple other languages is a plus /li /ulpWe are looking for a highly motivated individual who can represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
