About the Role:
">HR & Admin Executive role involves supporting both people operations and office administration in our South European regional office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination of travel, office logistics, documentation, and employee support.">
Your Responsibilities:
">• Onboarding administration, documentation, and employee record maintenance
">• Recruitment coordination, including candidate communications, interview scheduling, and logistics
">• Track leave, benefits, and contract timelines with attention to compliance and accuracy
">• Assist with HR system data entry and file updates for offices and store staff
">• Coordinate performance reviews, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
">• Liaise with external HR service providers (e.g., benefits, work visa support)
">• Manage travel arrangements for the office, including flights, accommodation, visa letters, itineraries, and internal approvals
">• Coordinate team meetings, visitor arrangements, and staff activities logistics
">• Support payroll management, focusing on aligning with store-specific HR activities
">• Collaborate with the HRBP in managing the full employee lifecycle, from entry to exit, including performance reviews, development plans, and offboarding">
Requirements:
">• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
">• Experience in HR and administrative support within an office environment
">• Strong coordination skills, especially in managing travel arrangements, scheduling, and interview logistics
">• Familiarity with office expense tracking, invoice handling, and budget follow-up
">• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
">• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
">• Eligible to work in Italy
">• Proficiency in English and Italian, speaking and writing">
