Private Equity-backed industrial company operating in the automotive components sector is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function and support the company’s growth and value creation strategy.
The CFO will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and the Private Equity fund, ensuring strong financial governance, operational performance monitoring, and supporting potential M&A initiatives.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial controlling within manufacturing environments, with the ability to translate operational data into strategic financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Finance function, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, planning and treasury
Manage budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning
Strengthen industrial controlling, monitoring margins by product, plant and customer
Provide strategic financial insights to support operational and commercial decision-making
Prepare monthly reporting and KPI analysis for the Private Equity shareholders
Optimize working capital and financial structure
Manage relationships with banks, advisors and external auditors
Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and post-acquisition xdwybme integration
Requirements
Significant experience in finance leadership roles within manufacturing or automotive environments
Strong background in industrial controlling
Experience working with Private Equity investors is a plus
Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
Strong analytical and leadership skills
Fluency in English and Italian
