About the role
Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.
We're looking for a Business Compliance Manager to support private banking services and oversee compliance risks across our investing and trading products, enabling innovation while meeting global regulatory expectations.

What you'll be doing
* Determining the applicability of relevant regulations and guidelines to our services provided
* Interpreting regulatory requirements and proposing implementation solutions that are both compliant and practical in a digital-first environment
* Working closely with product teams to incorporate compliance considerations early on into early product development stages
* Developing and maintaining private bank policies and procedures
* Designing and enhancing controls across trading, brokerage, and wealth operations
* Building a culture of compliance, ensuring that requirements are fully embedded into day-to-day business operations
* Reviewing and approving financial promotions
What you'll need
* Experience in compliance, market conduct, brokerage, or trading oversight
* Experience in a compliance function within a private bank or wealth management firm
* Knowledge of investment products, trading platforms, and related regulations
* The ability to challenge and guide product teams with clarity and pragmatism
* Exceptional analytical and communication skills
