New resources will be integrated primarily into the bService Quality /b area, within a dynamic and transversal organization strongly focused on quality improvement and operational excellence. The department enhances service quality by improving the processes implemented by dealers and repairers, supporting standardization, simplification, and effectiveness of daily operations. A key role is also played by the continuous development and enhancement of bportals, websites, and ICT tools /b used by dealers and repairers in their day‑to‑day activities, with the objective of increasing efficiency, reliability, and overall service quality. Clear and structured communication. /li liProactive and curious approach to data and continuous improvement. /li liAbility to work autonomously while managing multiple stakeholders. /li liFluent bEnglish /b is mandatory.
