Job PurposeEnsure the effective planning and execution of all supply chain activities within the plant, guaranteeing material availability, production continuity and on-time delivery to customers, while optimizing inventory levels and transport costs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead production and material planning to ensure alignment between demand, capacity and supplyEnsure material availability through effective MRP management and timely release of purchase requestsOversee inventory levels and define actions to optimize stock and working capitalManage warehouse and logistics operationsMonitor key supply chain KPIs (On Time Delivery,Inventory level and turnover, Material availability, Shipments claims), and drive corrective actions on performance gapsCoordinate with Production, Procurement and Customer Service to ensure end-to-end alignmentIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across planning, materials and logisticsControl and optimize supply chain costs (transport costs, supplies costs)Requirements7–10 years of experience in Supply Chain roles within structured and evolved industrial environmentsSolid experience in production planning, material management and logisticsFluent EnglishStrong analytical and data-driven mindsetExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHigh level of determination and ability to take decisions in complex situationsOFFER:Opportunity to join a well-established and growing companyStimulating technical environment with opportunities for professional developmentCompetitive compensation package commensurate with experience, in the range of €60,000–€70,000 per year WFS defends and values equal opportunities at every stage of the employment relationship.
