Senior Proposal Manager – Drive Global EPC Excellence from Milan

We are looking for a Senior Proposal Manager to join our team in Milan and lead the development of winning technical and commercial bids.

Key Responsibilities
* Bid Strategy: Partner with management to define the winning execution strategy and maximize cost‑estimate competitiveness.
* Team Leadership: Coordinate multidisciplinary departments (Engineering, Procurement, Legal) to ensure high‑quality, timely, and compliant proposals.
* Negotiation & Partnerships: Act as the primary interface with clients and negotiate consortium/subcontract agreements with global partners.
* Risk Management: Lead comprehensive risk analysis to ensure the financial and operational feasibility of future projects.
Candidate Profile
* Experience: Minimum 6 years in Engineering/Contracting for the Oil & Gas/Energy sector, with at least 3 years specifically as a Proposal Manager on EPC contracts.
* Location: Currently based in Italy (mandatory). Experience within the Italian EPC ecosystem is highly preferred.
* Technical Background: Engineering Master's Degree with sound knowledge of project execution.
* Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (French is a significant plus).
* Mindset: Adaptable, collaborative, and ready to meet the tight schedules of international tenders.
