About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive efficiency and operational excellence in our Loss Prevention Team during this high-growth phase. In this crucial role, you'll oversee daily loss prevention operations, optimize workflows, and ensure top-tier service delivery. You'll have the opportunity to refine operational processes, implement performance metrics, and lead a team dedicated to protecting retail assets.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations within the Loss Prevention Team, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance workflow efficiency and team productivity.
* Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to improve performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
* Address operational challenges and proactively identify solutions to improve service delivery.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
* 2+ years of Operations Management experience.
* Proven experience in operations management, preferably in loss prevention, security, or retail industries.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
* Proficiency in operations management software, project management tools, and Google Suite.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
* Availability to work during US (EST) business hours.

Job Details:

* Salary: $30,000 - $40,000 annually
