For the 5* hotel The Glamore Milano Duomo, we are looking for a Receptionist; as a Front Office Agent at The Glamore Mlano Duomo you will deliver excellence within our guest experience with every interaction. Ensuring our guests have a truly memorable stay though the experience you and our team provide.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
* Friendly and efficient check in and check out of the highest standard;
* Answering all guest enquiries;
* Providing information about the hotel and the local area to our guests;
* Supporting the rest of the Front of House team to provide an excellent welcome and departure experience for all of our guests and visitors.
Requirements:
* The ideal candidate has a higher degree, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality Management or Business Administration;
* She/he has developed at least 3 years of experience as Receptionist/Front Office Agent in Five-Star Hotels;
* Very good command of English and Italian (spoken and written);
* General knowledge of hotel departments;
* Warm, genuine and approachable character;
* Previous face-to-face customer service experience;
* The care to deliver truly memorable experiences for our guests: xivgfpx
* Knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS will be considered a plus:
* Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays:

What We Offer:
* Fixed term or temporary contract depending on the level of experience;
* Full time job;
* Annual gross income: from 24.000 to 28.000 €
