To strengthen the growth of the Engineering Business Unit of Stevanato Group, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The new joiner will be responsible for achieving assigned targets, managing the sales process, interacting with internal cross-functional teams, and handling selected customers in line with our commercial and distribution policies and guidelines.
Support leadership in deploying the go-to-market strategy, providing commercial insights for assigned clients to drive business growth and process harmonization
Independently manage sector penetration activities as agreed with leadership, and collaborate with other sales team members for complex negotiations
Analyze and identify market trends and emerging opportunities to leverage Stevanato Group’s value-added solutions
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Business or Marketing
Minimus 3 years’ experience in sales role, ideally in the pharma or machinery and equipment market.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Full proficiency in Italian and English, a third language is a plus
