WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF?
* Supporting the preparation and implementation of workshops and focus groups to promote employee engagement activities.
* Supporting the creation of surveys, monitoring, and analysis of results.
* Producing material for standard and multimedia presentations.
* Interfacing with company digital platforms and specific programs for activities and engagement.
YOUR PROFILE
A strong interest in learning more about the world of HR, excellent communication skills, good project management skills, and a good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
Experience and skills
* Bachelor's/Master's degree
* Good knowledge of English (intermediate level)
* Creativity and interpersonal skills
* Organization and planning
* Analytical skills and digital mindset
