Overview
In this Senior Manager role within our Turnaround Management practice, you help clients recover from crisis and restore performance through restructuring and cash/working capital optimization. You work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies, manage stakeholder expectations, and lead commercial opportunities. The role combines advisory leadership with hands‑on execution in distressed and transformation projects. You will shape go‑to‑market approaches for target clients and mentor teams to deliver pragmatic financial and operational solutions.

Responsibility
* Extensive advisory experience in restructuring, performance improvement, transaction advisory, and due diligence
* Experience at an international level within a leading consulting firm is preferred
* Expertise in leading financial restructuring processes in Italy
* Strong knowledge of industrial processes and ability to review internal processes
* Proven track record in cash management and short‑term forecasting tools
* Robust network across Italian financial community and private equity
* Proven leadership in delivering major projects across restructuring, performance improvement, and transaction advisory
* Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree considered a plus
* Fluency in English and Italian (third language a plus)
