Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic, international environment? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team at our SAMPLA site in Caponago (Monza Brianza). In this role, you will play a key part in managing the entire order process, supporting our export sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication with both internal teams and global partners.
* Order Management: Order entry, order confirmation, tracking, and follow-up.
* Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure sales objectives are met and provide back-up when necessary.
* Coordinate with Supply Chain functions such as purchasing, logistics, and shipping to ensure delivery timelines are respected.
* Maintain regular communication with international distributors regarding order status, product availability, and required documentation.
* Prepare export documentation (invoices, delivery notes, certificates, etc.).
* Handle complaints and non-conformities in collaboration with the Quality and Sales teams ensuring reliable communication without fail.
* Provide back-office support to the Export Sales team.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer service or export coordination within industrial or manufacturing environments.
* Excellent command of English; additional languages such as French and German are a plus.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (knowledge of D365 will be an advantage) and good knowledge of Excel.
* Strong organizational skills, customer orientation, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Punctual, precise, and flexible with strong problem-solving abilities.
