Responsibilities Lead and innovate adult immunization initiatives within the brand plan, ensuring strong alignment with FLSL (First Line Sales Leader). Manage and optimize existing activities and budgets while proactively identifying and proposing new strategies to strengthen the Hospital channel. Drive rapid, scalable solutions to overcome key pathway barriers, leveraging adaptable frameworks and contracts to maximize impact across accounts and regions. Encourage Digital Channels: promote and support FLSL/Reps' use of digital tools and channels in adult immunization action plans. Ensure these plans are monitored and their impact on preventive outcomes is evaluated. Adult Immunization regional pathway mapping: analyze each stage of the adult immunization pathway (e.g., vaccination scheduling, patient education) to identify barriers, unmet needs and opportunities for improvement. Working with Hospital Franchise FLSL, ensure seamless alignment with Marketing and FLSL of the Community line to guarantee all projects reflect the overarching strategy and shared objectives of both the commercial team and cross-functional roles such as RAM, KAM, and MSL. Act as a key connector, fostering collaboration across internal stakeholders and supporting integration with other BU operating in the hospital channel, so initiatives are consistently coordinated and strategically impactful. Actively engage with external stakeholders, such as healthcare providers and public health authorities, to implement projects that drive adult immunization objectives in the Hospital channel effectively. Support Field Force training on Adult Immunization/Hospital Management topics (in alignment with Medical, FLSL and Capabilities Lead): Provide comprehensive training to the field force, ensuring Product Specialists can effectively communicate about adult immunization solutions, guidelines, and value. Why you? Basic Qualifications & Skills We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Master's degree in biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, economics, or related disciplines Strong experience in Marketing roles within the hospital and specialty sectors in a pharmaceutical company; having a background in both sales and marketing would be an advantage Proven experience working in complex cross-functional teams and in managing initiatives and projects, aligned with adult immunization and brand strategy Proficient in Power Point, Word and Excel Very good level of English (e.g., actively participate in meetings where language is English, interact with colleagues only-English speakers)Willingness to travel (up to 60%)Local address required Preferred Qualifications & Skills Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred; if you do not have them, please still apply: Strong knowledge of adult immunization pathway analysis and population health management Ability to innovate and propose new ideas to improve marketing strategies Excellent analytical and strategic skills.
